With knowledge and pratice they will be the best in Middle East.

My desire is big. Also my strenght to make it happen!

Wondering, if one day they will become a Team...

Changes are necessaries.

Locate the right people.

Relocate them if necessary.

Keep the motivation high.

And make them understand, together is so much better...

Enpowerment.

The power comes to my hands, but I react in different way.

The expectations on me are great...

The idea of never desappointing anyway is becoming heavier and heavier...But I keep it as a main rule.

I still insist on Leadership instead of Bossy atittude. And I believe that is the right thing to be done.

And I will do it.

For stuborn people.

How to survive to the desert weather?

Adapting, conecting to the new enviroment, "changing".

People should observe more the plants.

They even change their original color, as we can see in the picture above.

So they survive, there's no death of the species.

People resist too much in old habits, scape from understand the reality, hide themselves under the fragile blanket of knowledge (they understand as knowledge, but it not but ignorance!).

And the anchor of stupidity hold us from evolute.

Imagine a plant insisting in on have the same colors or the same amount of water for its necessities? The death would be certain.

But, smartly, it changes- color, way and time of absorving water, change the shape and size of the leaves and it last.

Humans: observe, admire and COPY the plants.

Leader ship

Leaders, come to me. I need real leaders, available for discussion, ready to deep conversations about weak points, into change their view of life to be better.

Where are you, leaders of Kuwait? 

Show me your face, we have a lot to do in this country.

The employees are ready to be colaborators. Willing to have a positive and optimistic leader ahead of them.

Submission and punishment are not working anymore. 

Time to talk and discover the real source of unhappiness and descomfort.

Time for the leaders to be revealed.

Pilates Training

Continuing after perfection, we met again, instructors and I for the Pilates Training.

Amazingly they were taking pictures and joining for a section of group poses!!!

Well, a Team is being formed right in front of my eyes, which makes me feel very good!

Believing in people is an act of courage, I know. And I am very courajous! 

Believe they will see beyond the day-to-day life and face the wonders of changing someone's life!

I believe they will. Because I belive in human curiosity.

And I just need them to be a litlle curious, and I will catch them all! Just a bit of curiosity will make people change! 

Yes, I am optimistic. Very optimistic.

Impossible not to think how life is precious and has to be lived at 100%.

The day of that picture, the commom conclusion was: Yes, God exists. 

Every afternoon I can see the beauty of Nature from my window in the 12th floor.

Always thinking of the magnitude of the Creator and his proposals...

Meanings of life...

I found my mission in life and now I help people to find theirs.
