I fight, I travel, I change and face a boss again... What a fate! Ups, I don't believe in fate. I believe there is no coincidence in this Planet. No Sir! Every thing is here for a reason.
So what could be the reason making me crazy, that my superiors never reach my 50% capacity? What am I doing wrong? Should I work forever at 30%? Maybe I should. Or I am doing something really mistaken...
What could it be??? Any tips?
Should I be my own boss?
Or work as free lancer?
