In Sao Paulo - Leadership

‎"Competition between individuals sets one against the other and undermines morale, but competition between organizations builds morale and encourages creativity." - George Washington Allston

Do we need to develop the idea above?

While bosses after bosses are promoting competition between employees, we have thinkers believing that TEAM work is better for ANY ORGANIZATION.

When we have the knowledge about modern leadership approach and we see the "old school" alive in some companies, we get sad and hopeless in first place, then, after talking to some friends, we realize we have a "mission" with the workers of the companies (fed  up of warning letters and investigations!) and with better results ($$$$$).

The idea is to find the right road to make everyone happy.

It will oblige us to change some concepts and measurements in our judgments.

After listening to some leaders, the only word that echoes in all speeches is PEOPLE.
They say: WHO before WHAT.

Let's embrace the idea.

Faith and reason, we will reach there!
