Reviewing plans.

As far as I can remember I am a fighter.
Although sometimes I get into an useless level of fighting: when there is no one to fight against!
I believe I got to this point now.
When you cannot make your team happy and productive, there is no reason to continue your job.
It is hard to admit the end of a journey that you got into full of hope and expectations...
But it is time to turn the page.
So, I have to: retreat the troops, go back to scratch, re-plan, re-start, get another strategy.

That's what I did.
I gave the first step towards a new level of professional life.

God Bless us.
God Protect me.

if you didn't win a battle, it does not mean you didn't win the war?

you have been in such a struggle probably all life long...your enemies change names and nationalities.Still they are the enemies though ;)
according to a very valuable book called "the Art of War"

sometime time it is considered Winning when you manage to STOP the damage
